  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ffgcs@proton.me with your order number and a brief description (photos help). We will gladly replace the item or offer a resolution.
  • Order Issues: If there is an issue with your order, reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been shipped.
  • Shipping Issues: Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery issues. However, we will assist you in working with the carrier to help resolve any problems.
